Build a healthier life that actually fits your life.
You probably already know a lot about what it means to be healthy. Knowing what to do and knowing what will actually work for you are two different things. That's the gap we close together.
Sound familiar?
You don't need to start over. You need a better approach - one built around your actual life, your actual habits, and what actually works for you.
Schedule a Free Discovery CallThe philosophy
These aren't slogans. They're the principles that shape every conversation, every plan, and every recommendation I make.
Most people don't need another diet, another 30-day challenge, or a longer list of things they should be doing. You need a better understanding of yourself - this includes your habits, routines, preferences, barriers, and goals. From there, we make thoughtful adjustments that actually hold.
If your fish tank is dirty and your fish are sick, you don't medicate the fish. You clean the tank. I believe in always looking at the environment first before adding supplements, restrictions, or new protocols.
You can't steer a bike until you start pedalling. An imperfect start beats a perfect plan that never gets going. The cost of staying where you are is almost always higher than the cost of doing something imperfectly.
There is an endless amount of health information available. More isn't always better. I believe in identifying the few things most likely to move you forward and focusing there before adding anything else.
I believe the goal isn't to follow instructions forever. It's to understand why we're making changes, learn how your body and habits respond, and eventually feel confident making those decisions yourself.
Is this for you?
Whether you're just starting out or have already tried a dozen different approaches - we meet you exactly where you are.
My approach
There isn't one perfect diet, workout routine, or morning routine. Your coaching starts with understanding you - where you are now, where you want to go, what's already working, and what's getting in the way.
Eat in a way that supports your goals - without making food complicated. Practical strategies you can actually use, whether cooking at home, ordering lunch between meetings, or traveling.
Find movement that makes you feel better - and that you will actually do. We find realistic ways to build strength and fitness into your life, without adding more stress to your week.
Turn good intentions into things you actually do. We look at your existing routines and find opportunities to make healthy choices easier through simple systems and habit stacking.
Your health doesn't exist separately from the rest of your life. Work, stress, sleep, and recovery all influence how you feel. We look at the bigger picture.
Sometimes the barrier isn't nutrition or exercise. Coaching gives you space to notice patterns, understand them, and figure out what to do differently.
All of these pieces come together into a framework for your health - one that reflects your goals, your preferences, and your real life. The goal is confidence, not dependence.
What to expect
There is no script. We might start talking about breakfast and end up realizing the bigger issue is your afternoon schedule. That's the point.
Schedule a Free CallWhat's been going on since we last talked? What's working? What's not? We start from where you actually are this week - not where the plan assumed you'd be.
Rather than judging whether you were "good" or "bad" that week, we get curious about what happened and what it tells us. No guilt, just insight.
You don't leave with a 14-item to-do list. We identify the changes that will have the most impact given where you are right now.
What does this actually look like on Tuesday when you have back-to-back meetings? We figure that part out together, so the plan holds up in real life.
The program
This isn't a course you work through on your own or a template sent to everyone who signs up. It's 12 weeks of personalized, one-on-one coaching designed around your goals, your current habits, and the realities of your life.
Every week, we focus on what will be most useful for you right now. Some weeks might be about nutrition. Others might be about movement, routines, stress, consistency, or figuring out why something isn't working. There isn't a predetermined checklist. The plan evolves as you do.
Client stories
You don't need another person telling you what to do. You need someone who helps you figure out what works for you.
I knew what I was supposed to do, but I couldn't seem to make it stick. Raina helped me figure out what was actually getting in my way and focus on what mattered most.
I've tried so many different approaches, but this was the first time I felt like my health plan actually fit into my life.
I thought I needed another diet. Instead, Raina helped me understand my habits and build a way of eating and living that I can actually maintain.
My schedule is still busy, but I don't feel like I completely fall off track anymore. I have a framework I can come back to.
The biggest change has been feeling more confident in my own decisions. I understand what works for me instead of constantly looking for the next plan.
Corporate wellness
When employees have the time, tools, and support to take care of themselves, it benefits more than individual health. A culture that prioritizes well-being can support energy, focus, quality of work, connection, and long-term engagement.
I bring practical, personalized health coaching directly into the workplace - making support accessible without asking employees to fit another appointment into an already busy schedule.
The goal isn't to add another obligation to employees' plates. It's to make taking care of themselves easier - and create a workplace where well-being is part of the culture.

About Me
My approach to health coaching comes from a simple belief: your health has to work in the context of your actual life. I spent seven years in corporate consulting, so I know firsthand how demanding professional life can be - and how balancing work, health, and everything else can feel like another full-time job.
My own experience resolving gut issues through simple food and lifestyle changes showed me how much is possible when you find the right approach for your body. Watching family members struggle without receiving the personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance they needed pushed me further into this field. My studies include the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's Health Coach Training Program and MS in Clinical Nutrition and Functional Medicine.
My work is about helping you step back, figure out what actually matters for you, and turn that into changes you can realistically make and sustain.
I'm not here to tell you that you need to overhaul your life. I'm here to help you build one that supports your health - and still feels like yours.

You don't need to prepare a perfect list of goals. This is simply a chance to tell me what's been going on, what you've tried, what you're hoping to change, and where you feel stuck. No pressure. No sales pitch. No commitment.
